I have tried everything so if anyone has an answer for me HELP!! I can not get these pictures in the correct direction .. they are rotated in the correct position on my desktop but not when I upload them here. Soooooo ..... you are all going to have to get your neck exercises today and twist, twist that neck to see the pictures correctly.
But HERE they are the sneak peek for March Monthly Mojo class. I have so many ideas for this class ready I am having a hard time limiting it to 6 cards ...... but I will and the rest will be added to another class later on. But for sure we will be doing a card using the new FREE Downloads from TAC, a gift card holder that can hang on a bottle, a birthday card, and an Easter card. The others I am still deciding on but you will love them!!!

You are so DEER

And the WINNER IS!!!! ......... Chelsea!!! If you could send me your home mailing address and complete name I will get it in the mail for you!!

Today I am showing you more of my photo cards made with pictures I took in my own backyard. I had seven deer out there at one time and really had a great photo shoot with them. I have a lot of beautiful pictures but here are just three of them that I made into cards. The top one I used one of the new sets from Serendipity called Edge Designs. It is beautiful along the edges of envelopes too! I am not sure how I have lived without that set. I have been using it a lot! The words from the top card are from a set called Be Still. Remember you can click on the pictures to see a larger one and there are links to the sets and papers.

For the bottom two cards I used a new set called You Are from Serendipity for the works ... I thought they went well with the pictures. I also used the set Mountain Scenery for the background. I have found that this type of cards are great for using up all of my tags! I have so many and find they work well with the pictures. The tags on the last two are from the Soar with it Collection called Reece.

I had a wonderful birthday thanks to so many of my wonderful friends!! I didn't cook all weekend ... and that is a GOOD thing! I went to a quilt show on Saturday and boy have I had the itch to start sewing again. Most of you do not know but I did machine applique and made children's and baby's clothes as a small business on my own when my daughter was a baby. I really enjoyed it. My mom taught me to sew when I was in second grade and I kept on sewing most of my younger life .... until l meant stamps, inks and paper. So ... we will see what happens here. I am getting my sewing machine fixed and cleaned right now so who will win ... paper or fabric??? Have a beautiful day .. the sun is so bright today!! I love it! Blessings

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

Yes, today is my birthday!!! But NO I will not share with you how old I am but ... it a few years it will be a BIG one!! I wanted to share with you a few of my creations with my new Little Cupcake set from TAC!! The big brown truck came to my house a few days ago with my first order from the New Serendipity and I have really been having fun with the new sets and tools. This is a set from my good angel friend Mabelle! She is so talented and sweet ... just like this set. I can see me using this set for so many things ... one of which is a new creation I came up with to sell at Jennifer & Co Beauty Salon. I do think it will be a big hit there ... so if you would like one of the first ones hot off of my stamping table, then leave me a message on the best way to treat yourself for your birthday!! I am missing so many loved ones in my life this year, so I would like to hear how you celebrate when you can not be with your loved family members. Oh ... I do have lots of plans for today and this weekend to spend with my wonderful and dear friends!

Leave me a message here and I will randomly select the winner on Monday morning. HINT: It is made from this same set and can be used for a gift card or money on a bottle. BLOG CANDY TIME!!! And it will be included in my Monthly Mojo class in March. Thanks to all of you for being part of my stamping and online family!! Have a great day and blessings to all.

PS. If you are not local and want a copy of the new Serendipity let me know or if you are interested in getting the directions for the projects I teach for my Monthly Mojo Class I do sell them in my Etsy store.

Felt Mini Books

In the new TAC's Serendipity Magalogue they have the directions for making a Felt Flip Album. We made it while we were at Escape and I loved how easy it was to put together and how great it looks. I have included pictures of mine here. But then I took it a set farther and and made it with different felts that I had in my stash. They all look so cute! I have the others ones in my Etsy store if you are interested in seeing more pictures of them and/or purchasing them. I found the embossed felt like in the black one at JoAnn's and it comes in black, brown, tan, white and red. It is beautiful! The flower I have on mine was a pale orange color until I made it in to a patent leather black flower. Yes, the directions for that are in the magalogue also! To make the one here you will need:
Black felt, silk flower, Shimmer brads, Black and White Ribbon, White Scrapper's Floss, Nightsky VersaMagic Ink Pad, clear embossing powder, heating tool, Scor-Pal, Crop-a-Dile and large eyelets.

If you do not have your Serendipity yet ... let me know and I can help you out. It has a lot of great projects in it including our new stamp set!

Please keep these stampers in your prayers due to health reasons: Lori F, Sharon S, Andrea B, Sharon B's mom and Mary. Thanks & Blessings
