Christmas stamping event

This is a happy whimsical card I made for my Christmas Stamping event that is today and tomorrow at The Cleveland Candle Company.  It uses the Hero Arts 'Stamp and Cut' penguin and a Memory Box word die in a My Favorite Things Designs circle window card.

Standing Christmas Tree Card

Love this new card fold I saw on Splitcoaststamper so I made it into one of the cards for my annual Christmas Stamping Event on Dec 4-5.  The background snowflake stamp and the layered tree stamp are both from Hero Arts and the Christmas die is from Simon Says Stamps.  I really love the way this card looks!

Christmas Stamping Event

I will be holding my annual Christmas Stamping Event on Friday and Saturday December 3-4 at 1:00 each day at The Cleveland Candle Company in Mentor.  This is for experienced stampers only (not beginners) since we will be making 8 cards for $25.  This is one of the eight cards we will be making.  Registration is already over but I do have a few openings if you are still interested.  Please contact ME to attend ASAP since I would like to start cutting for this over the weekend.  After I start cutting it will be too late!!!

I am being Apple challenged right now with the transfer from iPhoto to Photo so it has been very time consuming for me to get photos on my computer.  Just letting you know since I am not sure if I can figure it out and get many more posts ready till I can get to an Apple store.

This is the last one ... for now!!! It is a two page accordion card using the die from Elizabeth Craft Designs called Katie label Accordion Die.  I used a retired stamp set from The Angel Company, a white gel pen and colored Wink of Stella glitter pens to add the color.

O' Christmas Tree

Here is another tree page accordion card with the same die from Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I also used the dies from the Evergreen Pivot card, a punch for the snowflakes by Martha Stewart and the word stamps are from Our Daily Bread Designs.  These are really fun and easy to assemble card after you figure out what you want to use in the card and have them die cut!  More to come.

Poppy 'n Holly Accordion Card

Here is another card made with the Katie Label Accordion Die by Karen Burniston through Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I used the die to add the stitching lines along the edges and added embellishments with a holly punch by Martha Stewart.  It is an A2 card and fits in a regular envelope!  The words are from a retired TAC set.  I will be selling cards like this at my fall craft shows.

Little cabin in the woods

This is a three page accordion card made with the same die, Katie Label by Karen Burniston through Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I also used the dies from Holiday House & Evergreen Pivot from ECD.  Don't the little corners on the front of the card add a lot to the card!  I am thinking I need to add some glitter on the trees for snow too.  The word stamps are from Our Daily Bread Designs.  I sell all of the products to make this card and we may be doing a class on some of these also if anyone is interested.

Owl's in the tree tops

Isn't this a fun card!  It is made with Katie Label Accordion Die by Karen Burniston through Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I do sell these products to make the card too.  I used Poppy the Owl on the 5-part Tree die and I made it look like he is up high in the tree tops.  I will be selling this and other cards like it at my craft shows this fall.

We may be having a class using this accordion die later in the year too!

Christmas with ODBD 2

Aren't these papers great!  They are from the Christmas set of papers from Our Daily Bread Designs.  I love the fact that the birds are so realistic and they are so easy to make.  Layer on black cardstock and then layer in different levels with mounting cushion.  I added bows and embellishments and a clear Wink of Stella glitter pen on the birds and the snow so they have a great shine.  The top cards has green foliage from ODBD's Foliage Flourishes.

Go visit their blog to see the challenge I entered these cards in HERE.

Sunday I am having a Stamp-a-Stack with 12 great stampers at my church.  We will be making 15 cards (3 of each of 5 designs).  We will be having fun!!
