Sunflower Easel Card

This past week I have been making so many cards that are different folds than a standard A2 to sell at markets, stores and craft shows.  I get caught in a cycle of one type of paper and keep making more and more cards using just that collection.  I will be showing you only A FEW of the card I made using the Heartfelt Creations Sunflower Collection in the next few days.  I usually embellish with Crystal Lacquer, Wink of Stella, ribbons, dies and mounted layers.  On this one I also added some fancy dies from Our Daily Bread Collection along with the stamp words on the base by them.

Owl Card in a Box

 Happy April!!!

I made and sold so many of these card in a box cards last year that I took a vacation from making them!! LOL  I started making them again a couple of weeks ago and have over 25 made so far and will make more getting ready for this year's farmer market season.  They fold flat so they can be mailed.  I love the way this one came out.  I colored the stamped owls with Copic markers and applied Crystal Lacquer on the eyes so they would pop out more (like an owl!).

Products used: Heartfelt Creations (owls, flowers), Anna Griffin (words), Copic, Sickles, Crystal Lacquer, Our Daily Bread Designs (leavesz)

Halloween fun

This is a double side step card die from Sizzix, a Bigz die which folds into an A2 card!  You can cut a few of these at a time with this type of die.  The skeleton is a new company for me called Echo Park, and they have a lot of stamps with coordinating dies in the same set.  This one has a skeleton, pumpkin, bat, spiders, small jar, 'boo', 'spooky' and a skull.  I have a few of their sport sets too amd am liking them.  The ghost is a very old Sizzix die, the fence is an Our Daily Bread Design, and the bats and cob web is from Little B (I use this set a lot!).
