I do not know why but I am really into bookmark cards. OK .... maybe I know why .... if I do a lot of detail coloring on an image I would like to know it can be used for a while and not just tossed after the greeting is read. So with bookmark cards ... it is like giving a gift with the greeting that the recipient can keep. OK ... there I said it. So I made quite a few different bookmark cards to sell at my craft show this weekend at St Pasquals.
This one uses the set 'Sunshine' and I colored with Copic markers. I been stamping a message on the back of the bookmarks also but I guess I forgot to take a picture of this one. Here you can see the bookmark off the center belly band. The bookmark was made to slide over the pages of a book. The background is a Sizzix Texture Embossing folder and the printed paper is Emma from TAC.
Here is a close up of the flower. I used G0000 around the sunflower to help it pop and you can see it a little in this image.
I am working hard this week getting ready for my show. Maybe I will show you a few more items I will have for sale this week. Working on some cute notebooks right now. Stop in and see me on Saturday if you can.
