This is the week!! I will be showing you how to use the Scor-Pal, with cards only, for the next 7 days!! A new idea each day so keep watching!! And on my Birthday, Feb. 27, I will draw from two winners who have posted comments this week. One prize with be a Scor-pal for half price and the other will be Rubber!! Now who would not like to get some free rubber or this great tool? All you have to do is post a comment on my posts (everyday if you want) answering the question at the end of each post.
This card has a grid on the front of the card. Here are the steps to make it. Score you white half sheet of paper at 4 1/4" using your Scor-pal. Hint: If you are making more than one card score the hold sheet first and then cut it in half!
Turn your paper over and then score it every half inch until you get to the original score line. This will make ridges on the front of your card.
Then turn the paper 90 degrees and score again every half inch to make a grid of raised lines on the front of your card.
I went to my scrap box and pulled out two half inch strips of Matchmakers paper. I cut then at 4" and 5 1/4", punch a 1 1/2" circle with the same color. Stamp the image from Simply Divine in the left corner of your card in Chartreuses. Stamper over the flowers with an ink to match the Matchmakers, here I used Orangerie. Stamp words in black in the circle. Glue the strips to the card going over the image, tape a matching ribbon on the intersection, and using mounting cushion attach the stamped circle. And you are done!! I am showing you the same card done with two different colors of paper and ink. Quick and easy ... so go try it now!! Oh .. you don't have a Scor-pal ..... then see if you can win one for half price by anwsering my question. Give me the name of your favorite TAC stamp set? Check in tomorrow for a new tutorial! Blessings

I dont have a current catty, but I have an older set with a pug dog that is pretty cute. It makes great cards for kids. Is TAC carrying the score pal now? I'll have to check into it.
I love your blog Rita. My fave set is Wild West. Dawn M. Rochester, NY
My favorite is usually the most recent kit I've purchased. Which right now is the one with the multiple circles. I love the card - simple, but elegant.
I love seeing all your wonderful cards! One of my favorite sets right now is Circle Sampler, but it is hard to choose one favorite!
You make being creative look so simple. Thank you for sharing. I'm really enjoying the new inspirational stamps. Cards, cards, and more cards.

Well, this was a good excuse for me to sit down and check out the new catty! I haven't even opened it up since we've been busy with the house, but I definitely found some favorites! I really like the Family Fun set. I'm wanting to start scrapbooking again, it's been about 6 months, so I am definitely in need of that set now!
Your scor-pal series is a great idea! I might do something like that!
Right now, my favorite TAC stamp set is "Oh How". But of course it changes every so often, LOL!
I have been away from stamping for a while and was looking for some inspiration. I love the scor-pal! My favorite TAC set ... how can you chose just one. I love all of them.
Love this card design! My favorite Christmas set is Whimsical Greetings, favorite "cute" set is Hoppy Frogs, and favorite new set is Hieroglyph Horses. Several others are at the top of the list, too! :)
