That's how we roll!

I have used this stamp set many many times since people love this card but my favorite way is to make it into an easel card.  THe stamps are from Unity.  I have one of these in my Etsy store and 3-4 more in different colors I will have with me at my markets.

Stop in on Friday from 2:30-6:30 at Garfield Recreational Park on Route #20 in Mentor for a great farmer's market in the shade of trees and on grass!!!  Or join be at the Willoughby's Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings from 8-noon in the parking lot of City Hall on Route #20 for another great market.

Vintage and Fabulous Card

Hi, I have really been on the go lately and usually have these card up earlier but well ... here they are.  This was one of the cards we did this month in our June Mojo Class.  I love the softness and natural look of the images which are colored with Copic markers.

Mojo Classes will be ending in September so if you have always wanted to attend one now is the time.  There are only three more months of these classes!!

Love you Dearly

Here is an example of stenciling with with Distress Stains, grey and tan, and stenciling with Distress Inks and a Tim Holtz Tool, pink hearts.  The stains give a bolder more saturated look with less control on your part where the inks you have more control over the darkness and where you add the most ink. The gray and tan colored images are from a stencil by The Crafter's Workshop and the hearts are from a stencil from Heidi Swapp called ' Confetti'.  I stamped heart stamps in the background using a set by Unity called 'Loolah Collection'.  The words are from a great set by Paper Smooches called ' Pretty Phases'.  I love the font and size of these stamps! The hearts are die cut from Spellbinders 'Scaloped Hearts' and then embossed with various embossing folders.  I added inks, glitter and Crystal Accents to give a shiny look.

Stuff it box Purple & Pinks

Here is another of the 'Stuff It' Boxes I made using the boxes from StacyStamps.  For this one I used Distress Stains for the edges of the box and retired The Angel Company papers for decoration.

The stamps used for the card and for on top the box are from a Unity Set called 'Empowered Words'.

Let me know if you need any of these supplies and I will get them ordered.

June Mojo - That's How We Roll

This card will be one of the cards made in my monthly Mojo Classes next week.  Check my calendar (tab on the top of this page) for the dates and times. Then send me an email if you are interested in attending.  You can see the list of supplies, class discription and who is attending if you click on the link for each class.  The stamp set I used is from Unity.  It is an Easel Card so it stands up on it's own.

This is how it looks from the side view.  The embossing folders I used is from Sizzix and I colored it with Copic Markers.

Here are close ups for the words of the card.

This is the Stamp set that I used.

If you are interested in the class or the products send me an email at ritasangels@gmail.com.

Stuff It Box Green & Pink

Here is another of the Stuff It Boxes from StacyStamps.  For this one I used retired papers from The Angel Company and a tag for the top.  I used Distress Stain to color the white outer edges and the bottom of the box.

These boxes are approximately 4" x 4" x 2" in size and are real strong and sturdy.  They would be great to give as a gift with a present or gift card inside.  I made matching gift cards that are inside.

And the words are from Unity Stamps.  If you are interested in any of the supplies contact me to purchase.

I will be having my monthly Mojo Classes next week.

Stuff It Box Black & White

This great 'Stuff It' Boxes is from StacyStamps!  I made up three of them and will be selling them this week at my markets in Painesville, Mentor & Willoughby.  They are made of a real strong chipboard and decorated with one sheet of double sided card stock.  I may be having a class and/or selling either the kits or the chipboard boxes for everyone to make.  Let me know if you are interested.

The stamp set used for the words for the inside gift card is from Unity called Empowered Words by Donna Downey. I love the words in this set ... let me know if you are interested in purchasing it.

I will be showing you a few more of these boxes in the next few days.
